At Daisy’s Pet Shop, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and with a smile. Please read the details below to learn more about how our delivery process works.
📅 1. Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your location.
If there are any delays with your order, we’ll contact you promptly to provide updates or offer solutions.
💶 2. Delivery Fees
Free delivery is available for all orders over €35.
Orders under €35 incur a flat €4 delivery fee.
📦 3. Shipping Method
We use trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Daisy’s Pet Shop is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
🐾 4. Product Availability
While most of our listed products are in stock, there may be occasional availability issues.
If any item in your order is out of stock:
We’ll contact you within 24 hours.
We’ll offer a similar replacement or discuss options with you.
If the replacement item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.
If it’s more expensive, we’ll inform you of the price difference before proceeding.
📍 5. Delivery Locations
We currently offer delivery across Malta.
If you're located outside our delivery area and would still like to order, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
🔍 6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow the status of your delivery.
⚠️ 7. Issues with Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or something doesn’t seem right:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a clear description (or photo) of the issue. We’ll look into it right away and do our best to resolve it quickly.
👤 8. Customer Responsibility
Please make sure someone is available at your delivery address to accept the package.
In case of missed delivery attempts, a redelivery fee may apply.
