We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes! Delivery is free on orders over €35.
Orders under €35 have a flat €4 delivery fee.
📦 How do you deliver my order?
We use trusted local courier services.
Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
📍 Do you deliver everywhere in Malta?
Yes, we deliver across all of Malta.
If you're outside our delivery zone, just contact us — we’ll see what we can do!
🚫 What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We’ll contact you within 24 hours to:
Offer a similar product
Refund the difference if the alternative is cheaper
Let you know if there’s a small price difference for a more expensive option
🧐 How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Use it to check the delivery status in real time.
❗ What if my order arrives damaged or is missing items?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Send us your order number and a photo or description of the issue — we’ll sort it out quickly!
👤 What if I’m not home during delivery?
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package.
If delivery is missed, there may be an additional redelivery fee.
