Return and Refund policy

🐾 Daisy’s Refund & Return Policy

We want you — and your pets — to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us first to request a return authorization.

  • Returns must be sent back to us via post — we do not offer in-person collection or pickup.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or sent in error.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements

Perishable goods

Used grooming tools

Personalized or custom items

Clearance or final sale items


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
If you received free shipping, we may deduct the actual delivery cost from your refund.


🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for size, color, etc.), you’ll need to:

Request the exchange within 14 days of receiving the item.
Pay any price difference if the new item is of higher value.
Pick up the exchanged item from a designated pickup location (if applicable).

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. The price difference (if applicable) will be charged once the exchange is confirmed.


🐶 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
