  • If any delays occur, we will notify you promptly and offer a solution or refund if necessary.

3. Payment

Payments for all orders are processed through secure payment methods available on our website.

If any price adjustments are necessary due to item replacement, the difference will be charged or refunded to the original payment method.

  • If the price of the replacement item is higher, you may choose to pay the difference either by cash on delivery or via bank transfer.

  • If the replacement item is cheaper, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for orders over €35. A flat €4 delivery fee applies for orders under €35.
