Food, Treats & Consumables


  • Always provide access to fresh, clean drinking water.

  • Store food and treats in a cool, dry place and follow storage instructions on the packaging.

  • Once opened, refrigerate products where applicable and use within the recommended time frame.

Health & Safety


  • Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of irritation, intolerance, or adverse reaction and consult a veterinarian if necessary.

Storage & Expiry

Orders placed after 2PM are delivered the following working day. We use a 24-hour courier service for most areas to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery charges:
A €4.00 delivery fee is automatically added at checkout for orders under €35. Orders over €35 qualify for free delivery. Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas, as determined by the courier.
