Your pet’s well-being is important to us. Please follow these general care and safety guidelines when using any product purchased from Daisy’s Pet Shop.

General Use

  Always use products as intended and according to the instructions provided on the packaging.

  Ensure the product is suitable for your pet’s species, size, age, and chewing or usage habits.
  
• 
  If introducing a new food, treat, or supplement, do so gradually to help avoid digestive upset.
  

Supervision & Handling

• 
  Supervise your pet when using toys, chews, or accessories, especially during initial use.
  
• 
  Regularly inspect products for signs of wear or damage and discontinue use if damaged or unsafe.

  Keep all pet products out of reach of children.
  

Food, Treats & Consumables

• 
  Always provide access to fresh, clean drinking water.
  
• 
  Store food and treats in a cool, dry place and follow storage instructions on the packaging.
  
• 
  Once opened, refrigerate products where applicable and use within the recommended time frame.
  

Health & Safety

• 
  Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of irritation, intolerance, or adverse reaction and consult a veterinarian if necessary.

Storage & Expiry

  Store products away from direct sunlight and heat.

Orders placed after 2PM are delivered the following working day. We use a 24-hour courier service for most areas to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery charges:
A €4.00 delivery fee is automatically added at checkout for orders under €35. Orders over €35 qualify for free delivery. Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas, as determined by the courier.
