Many pets can suffer from heat during the hot summer months. The Scruffs® Cool Dog Mat is designed to provide relief for your pet. Filled with a non-toxic gel the self-cooling mat will be typically 5-10 degrees cooler than room temperature. When in use, the mat will maintain its cooling properties for approximately 1hr depending upon the environment. To reset the mats cooling properties simply leave unused for 1hr, there is no need to freeze or refrigerate. This is available in multiple sizes. The Scruffs® Cool Mat can be used alone, with an existing pet bed or in a pet carrier.

Food, Treats & Consumables

  Always provide access to fresh, clean drinking water.

  Store food and treats in a cool, dry place and follow storage instructions on the packaging.

  Once opened, refrigerate products where applicable and use within the recommended time frame.
  

Health & Safety

• 
  Discontinue use if your pet shows signs of irritation, intolerance, or adverse reaction and consult a veterinarian if necessary.

  Supplements, hygiene, and grooming products are not a substitute for veterinary care unless stated otherwise.

Storage & Expiry

  Store products away from direct sunlight and heat.

  Check the best before or expiration date before use.

Orders placed after 2PM are delivered the following working day. We use a 24-hour courier service for most areas to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery charges:
A €4.00 delivery fee is automatically added at checkout for orders under €35. Orders over €35 qualify for free delivery. Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas, as determined by the courier.
